Delivery Information

As with everything, we strive for our delivery service to be simple and efficient, remember that if you ever get a problem with anything we are always here to help on 0800 142 2626. To make things as easy as possible we've compiled the information below to answer any delivery questions you may have.

Where Do You Deliver To?

We deliver to the entire UK.

How Much Is Delivery?

It's free to mainland UK.

If you live outside mainland uk please contact us for advice on any additional delivery costs. Different suppliers have different charges but as a guide, deliveries to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Island, Scotish Highlands and Islands and Isle of White usually attract an additional delivery charge BUT please call us to confirm if there is one and how much.

How Long Will it Take?

The time to deliver varies between all our products. Most chairs are with you in 2 days, whereas desks generally take longer (although we do offer a range of 24 hour desks). Please check the delivery timescale on each products page to find out more. Deliveries assume working days, weekends can sometimes be accommodated at additional cost depending on the supplier. Cut off for a next working day delivery is usually before 2pm for a flat packed chair or before 1pm for a deliver assembled chair.

If an issue with your delivery should arise, please contact us on 0800 142 2626 as soon as possible so we can help you. Things don't always go to plan and occasionally parcels get lost, delayed or damaged. If you have any concerns please contact us and we will do our best to sort it out for you.
